The residential complex consists of 8 sections of different levels, arranged in two groups

Group 1 consists of five sections:

The buildings of the residential complex are designed to meet modern standards and best practices in dealing with architectural – spatial appearance and safety of the building. Basing on the number of storeys of a residential complex, the following scheme was adopted – monolithic reinforced concrete frame with internal load-bearing walls

Requirements of DBN B.1.1-12: 2006 “Construction in seismic areas” was taken into account when designing, resulting in the following – a building can easily withstand the regulatory seismic load equal to 8 points

The foundations are reinforced concrete piles with a monolithic grillage in conjunction with ground parking (solid monolithic slab)

Exterior walls

  • In sections 6,7,8 exterior walls are made of high-performance, environmentally friendly aerated concrete with high thermal insulation properties
  • In sections 1,2,3,4,5 exterior walls are of insulated facade system

Facades are made of glass-filled with insulation (polystyrene). From the apartment side for added comfort and heat aerated concrete masonry is arranged, 100 mm thick GRC is highly durable, elastic and plastic material, which is based on cement matrix and reinforced glass fiber segments, which are evenly distributed throughout the volume of concrete. It is environmentally friendly and safe material that meets requirements of Ukrainian and international standards for heat engineering, mechanical and fireproof properties, does not contain harmful ingredients and is classified as non-combustible materials. Internal load bearing walls are longitudinal, transverse and end walls of reinforced concrete, 200mm and 300 mm thick respectively. The partitions between the apartments are made of aerated concrete, 200 mm thick.

The facade of the building is combined:

1 and 2 floors of all the sections are tiled with ceramic bricks 3 – 14 floors of sections 6,7,8 has decorative plaster as a top of gas concrete 3 – 21 (19) floor sections 1,2,3,4,5 are of facade systems The roofing is flat, exploited, tiled on reinforced concrete floor, on non-operated side euroruberoid is laid in two layers
